Alexandre brings more than 15 years of experience in business development and entrepreneurship, across multiple industries, in the US, Europe and the Middle East.

Alexandre founded SGH Capital in 2014 and has been a creative engine for the companies he has advised. He holds seven global patents covering composite materials, photovoltaic energy and financial technologies, which are currently implemented by portfolio companies.

Alexandre is a former officer in the French Navy and holds a BA in Management from HEC Paris, a Masters in Applied Economics from IEP Paris and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Guillaume brings over a decade of successful project management experience in demanding industries in the US, Europe and Asia (Alcatel Space, Valeo) and over a decade of experience in venture capital and private equity.

A rare combination, that perfectly matches the operational and financial aspects of SGH Capital. Guillaume is a graduate of Sup Aero (Aerospace engineer) and INSEAD (MBA – Singapore/Paris).

Karine, a.k.a. Kay, has had an extensive career of 20 years in investment banking, managing teams in fixed income sales at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and RBS, based in Paris, London, and Singapore.

In 2015, she went on to pursue her entrepreneurial goals and founded a wellbeing business. Then, in 2018, she joined IOV (Internet of Values), a blockchain-protocol start-up, as COO and Head of Investors Relations.

Karine is fundamentally enthusiastic about people, technology and the "internet of money". She holds a Master in Banking, Finance & Insurance, and a Master 2 in International Finance from University Dauphine-PSL.
